INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy, which is also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a key part of taking care of your mental health. It involves private, one-on-one meetings between you and your therapist. These meetings are a safe and confidential place where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, actions, and life events. Currently, all of our individual sessions are happening online.
PSYCHEDELIC ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY
We're excited to share with you a special kind of therapy we offer in collaboration with Journey Clinical. It's called Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP), and it's a gentle, all-encompassing method that uses a carefully chosen medicine alongside traditional psychotherapy. This approach can help those who qualify to have more frequent and lasting breakthroughs in their symptoms. We're here to guide you through the psychotherapy part of your journey, while the caring medical team at Journey Clinical takes care of all the medical details. They'll help you see if you're eligible, create a personalized treatment plan just for you, prescribe the necessary medicine, and keep an eye on your progress.
Below is more information about PAP to help you navigate if it may be a good fit for you.
